Cancellation Policy

Things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email, call, text, or send a message through the secure portal to reschedule. Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. You can also ask for the appointment to be honored virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.

*No Show/Late Cancellation fees are waived in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. One emergency missed session fee is waived every six months.

Late Policy

It’s Atlanta, traffic happens! Please give me a call or message to let me know you’re running behind and I’ll be waiting patiently for you when you arrive. Otherwise, I give a 15 minute grace period before your appointment time is forfeited and are charged the fee for services.
